John & Yoko: Above Us Only Sky

It was a great privilege to work as Assistant Editor on this 90min documentary for Channel 4. We had unprecedented access to the extensive Lennon archive, including plenty of previously unseen material and never released demos tracks of the Imagine album. We intercut the 1970s Super 16mm material with original interviews and political archive footage, creating a contemporary anti-war art film under the guise of a music documentary. I was honoured to be able to cut multiple sequences myself that ended up in the finished film; available here.
